Removes Odors and Is Antibacterial

Today, I’m excited to share a quick and easy recipe for homemade lemon soap
that I made with my daughter. This soap not only eliminates odors from clothes
but also has antibacterial properties, making it perfect for your laundry
routine.

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml of water
  • 500 g of sugar
  • 70 ml of lemon juice
  • 500 ml of alcohol
  • 2 bars of 200 g glycerin lemon soap

How to Make It:

  1. Grate the Soap Bars
Start by grating the two bars of
glycerin lemon soap and place them in a pot. Use a double boiler (water
bath) to gently melt the soap.
  2. Add Water, Lemon Juice, and Sugar
    Once the soap has
melted, add the water, lemon juice, and sugar to the mixture. Stir
everything well and let it boil for about 2 minutes.
  3. Incorporate the Alcohol
Turn off the heat and slowly
add the alcohol, stirring carefully to combine it smoothly with the soap
    mixture.
  4. Pour into Containers
    Pour the finished mixture into
plastic molds or containers and allow it to dry for around 6 hours before
    use.

Why You’ll Love This Recipe:

This homemade lemon soap is not only effective at removing stubborn odors from
clothes but also provides antibacterial protection, thanks to the natural
properties of lemon. It’s a fun and simple project you can do with kids,
adding an educational and enjoyable twist to your cleaning routine.

Enjoy your fresh-smelling, bacteria-free laundry with this all-natural lemon
